Purpose

This Public Declaration of Archival Custodianship is published to provide transparency regarding the stewardship, preservation, provenance, and documentation practices associated with the RapTimeTV Cultural DNA Archive™.

Professional Background

During the 1990s, I participated in television production and broadcast operations associated with RapTimeTV and MúsicaVisión at WSJU Canal 18 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

My responsibilities included production coordination, broadcast documentation, preservation of production materials, and maintenance of records generated during ordinary television production activities.
